Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model where you pay your doctor a flat monthly fee — typically $50–150/month — and get unlimited access to primary care. No insurance billing. No copays. No surprise bills. Your doctor has time for you because they see 300–600 patients instead of the typical 2,000+ in a traditional practice.

Not the same as concierge medicine: Concierge practices charge $150–300+/month AND still bill your insurance. DPC drops insurance entirely and passes the savings to you.
